About the Role
About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Barksdale Air Force Base, Bossier City, LA 71110. This is a flexible position. No benefits offered at this time. Physical effort: Requires frequent standing, bending, stooping, and working in tiring and uncomfortable positions.
What You'll Do
- →Regular & Recurring Duties and Responsibilities: Performs a variety of painting jobs on equipment and facilities in and outdoor using standard type tools such as brushes, rollers and sprayers.
- →Makes repairs to and cleans plumbing fixtures (e.g., disposal systems, leaky drains and faucets etc....).
- →Performs carpentry work on buildings and furniture.
- →Replaces or repairs furniture and installs household type fixtures such as towel racks, mirrors, and curtain rods.
- →Refinishes damaged or scarred areas on furniture.
- →Installs refrigerators, stoves and television sets.
- →Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
