This position serves as a Working Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible to oversee maintenance operations, including healthcare buildings, staff housing, grounds, and utility systems. This hands-on supervisory role is responsible for ensuring all facilities and infrastructure are safely, reliably, and efficiently maintained to support patient care and essential health services. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).
What You'll Do
- →Plans and schedules work assignments on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and project basis.
- →Establishes work priorities within available resources, management guidance, and project requirements.
- →Assigns work to employees and provides technical guidance on complex tasks and processes.
- →Monitors work progress to ensure quality, productivity, and timely completion.
- →Performs administrative supervisory functions for the work operation.
- →Communicates and supports management policies, programs, and initiatives.
- →Performs administrative supervisory duties by managing leave, identifying training needs, counseling employees on performance and work methods, recommending personnel and disciplinary actions, resolving employee complaints and grievances, ensuring compliance with safety and housekeeping standards, and maintaining work records and documentation.
Requirements

- ✓Citizenship is required Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959 This is a designated position covered by Public Law 101-630, requiring contact or control over Indian children.
