About the Position: This position is with the Joint Munitions Command located at Pine Bluff Arsenal. This position serves as an Maintenance Mechanic Leader, working along side others setting the pace in the upkeep of the buildings, grounds and related structures for the Arsenal.
What You'll Do
- →Work along with other workers, setting the pace.
- →Answer workers questions regarding procedures, policies, written instructions, and other directives (e.g., technical orders).
- →Obtains needed information or decisions from the supervisor on problems that come up during the work.
- →Ensures that the needed plans, blueprints, material, and tools are available and attained.
- →Pass on to other workers instructions received from supervisor.
