What You'll Do
- →Relays work instructions received from the supervisor, gets work started, works along with other workers, and sets the work pace.
- →Demonstrates proper work, safety and housekeeping methods and procedures and assures that they are followed.
- →Assures that needed plans, materials, tools, and equipment are available and that needed stock is obtained from supply locations.
- →Obtains needed information or decisions from the supervisor on problems that arise during the work, maintains a current knowledge and answers questions on procedures, policies, written instructions, and other directives.
- →Reports to the supervisor on status and progress of work, causes of work delays and answering supervisors' questions on overall work operations, problems, employee performance, etc.
