You will serve as a Maintenance Mechanic Leader in the INSTALLATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL DIVISION of MCLB ALBANY GA.
What You'll Do
- →You will lead a team of three or more electricians and HVAC mechanics.
- →You will obtain needed information or decisions from supervisors on problems that come up during the work.
- →You will report to supervisors on status and progress of work and causes of work delays.
- →You will install, repairs or replaces, modifies, loads, and tests new and existing electrical lines, circuits, systems, fixtures, panels, switches, breakers, and controls.
- →You will train and/or guide lower grade or lesser-experienced employees as required.
- →You will use and maintain various types of hand and/or power tools, such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire cutters, soldering irons, cable pullers, hydraulic benders, and pipe threading machines.
- →You will repair and maintain a variety of large commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
