About the Role
You will serve as a LIBRARY TECHNICIAN in the LOGISTICS TECH DATA CENTER (TRF-431) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.
What You'll Do
- →You will install changes and revisions into a variety of documentation currently held and otherwise acquired in the Logistics Technical Data Center (LTDC).
- →You will receive and provide specific line-item documentation as required as mandatory on each Automated Work Package (AWR) request.
- →You will maintain and update both Classified and Unclassified flat file drawings being held in the TRF main LTDC.
- →You will maintain file envelopes in an alpha/numeric manner.
- →You will participate in the mandated semi-annual inventory of technical manuals and other various official bar-coded documentation maintained in the Logistics Technical Data Centers.
- →You will use Maintenance Management information and/or logistics Integrated Support (ILS) systems (i.e.
- →LDS, TDMS, PRMMS, ATIS, CITIS, HIS, IPDM/ALICE, NSLC, SUBMEPP WEB- BASE) to identify Logistics Technical Data (LTD) and support requirements.
- →You will use software applications (i.e.
- →MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook E-mail) to manage LTD files and/or status.
