You will serve as a LEAD WEAPONS SYSTEM PROJECT SPECIALIST in the UNDERSEA SYSTEM & SUSTAINMENT ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, UNDERSEA WARFARE SYSTEMS ENGINEERING DIVISION, ELECTRONICS SYSTEMS BRANCH of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert solving complex technical problems for weapons systems acquisition.
- →You will plan and execute projects by developing schedules, allocating funding, and monitoring project performance.
- →You will oversee system upgrades, configuration management, and update associated logistic support products.
- →You will evaluate financial tracking data to monitor performance and oversee the financial health of projects.
- →You will coordinate with program offices to justify, defend, and negotiate controversial project funding matters.
- →You will review project activities, identify resource problems, and initiate corrective actions to ensure execution.
- →You will ensure effective communication across program offices and contractors to foster a team environment.
