This position will serve as a Lead Other Transactions Agreements (OTA) Specialist with responsibility for overseeing and managing the use of OTAs.
What You'll Do
- →Advises senior program staff in designing and developing program plans and strategies, including strategic assistance plans, funding plans, resource allocation plans, etc.
- →Develops, recommends, and establishes short-and long-term plans for conducting continuing analysis of OTA activities.
- →Formulates and develops strategies and plans for identifying potential or actual OTA problems, analyzes their impact and effects, and develops appropriate solutions including ongoing financial management and post-award monitoring to ensure compliance, accountability, and effective stewardship of funds.
- →Participates in internal and external meetings to ensure consistent interpretation and implementation of OTAs and trains other staff in the appropriate use of this authority.
