About the Role
The Lead MSA provides comprehensive, detailed, on-the-job training to all new clinic personnel in the clinic unit area. The mission of this section is to provide administrative and clerical assistance, guidance, and support to the professional staff and to manage the day-to-day activity.
What You'll Do
- →Maintains a training schedule, maintains training records and provides feedback to the Supervisor about training progress of employees.
- →Assists in orientating and tracking the progress of new employees or rejects work not meeting established standards, refers to the Supervisor of Outpatient Administration questions or matters not covered by standards and problems in meeting performance standards.
- →Serves as a team leader for Medical and Program Support Assistants setting the pace for high productivity and quality work Work Schedule: 7:00a-5:00p (various tours based on 8 hour days/40 hour work weeks) Telework: Not available.

Requirements
- ✓You must be a U.S.
- ✓Citizen to apply for this job.
- ✓Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- ✓Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
- ✓Subject to background/security investigation.
