This position is located in the PBS Contact Center at the Chalmers P Wylie Veterans Outpatient Clinic. The Lead MSA is responsible for the coordination of Advance MSA assignments and workflow found in an interdisciplinary Unit. The Lead MSA is responsible for daily workload assessments, assigning work and assuring proper staffing coverage; evaluating training records; and determining training needs of MSAs to provide support across interdisciplinary settings
What You'll Do
- →Assists in collaboration of an interdisciplinary coordinated care delivery model and performs all related duties.
- →Work Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday Telework: Available, Ad-Hoc as determined by the agency policy.

Requirements
