About the Position: This position are located at Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, CO. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Serve as Lead Medical Support Assistant (OA) for the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF),.
- →Distribute daily workload within limits established by the supervisor among employees in accordance with established workflow and priorities.
- →Answer questions regarding substantive matters that require familiarity of policy as well as regarding cancellation of appointments, clinic hours, and release of information on patients’ appointments.
- →Track all referrals for specialty care, ancillary services, and durable medical equipment.
- →Ensure medical records are maintained in compliance with regulatory written guidance.
- →Use a variety of software programs to create database files, retrieve reports, statistical data, rosters, and prepares reports.
