About the Position: This position is located in the Madigan Army Medical Center Joint Base Lewis-McChord / Pierce / Washington This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. A recruitment incentive may be authorized.
What You'll Do
- →Assign, distribute, and balance the daily workload among employees.
- →Instruct staff on new procedures and provide on-the-job training.
- →Resolve informal employee complaints and facilitates communication regarding management goals and employee concerns.
- →Perform receptionist and clerical duties utilizing automated systems.
- →Recognition and identify potential emergency medical situations.
- →Manage sensitive patient records with audits charts and enforce strict HIPAA privacy standards.
