About the Position: This position is with Medical Records department located at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, located on Fort Gordon, Georgia. Normal 40-hour work week. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Monitor work progress to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time, and maintain records for reporting.
- →Assist in the hiring process, reports performance issues, and provides recommendations for promotions or reassignments.
- →Resolve routine employee complaints, coordinates leave, and monitor attendance to ensure adequate staffing.
- →Act as a subject-matter expert on medical records management and the Privacy Act.
- →Function as the Assistant Security Site Manager for the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS).
