This position serves as the Lead Legislative Analyst for the Officer of the Assistant Secretary of War for Legislative Affairs. Responsibilities include serving as the technical expert and authority on all legislative activities in support of the annual legislative program surrounding the annual National Defense Authorization Act and Appropriations Bills.
What You'll Do
- →Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following: Leads the Legislative Analysis team members to achieve specific tasks, produce work products and services to meet program and production goals.
- →Ensures that the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products and services.
- →Manages the congressional reporting requirements process for the Office of the Secretary of War.
- →Manages for the DoW Congressional Hearings process.
