About the Role
About the Position: The purpose of this position is to serve as the Lead Human Resources Technician (OA) responsible for directing and guiding 3-5 Human Resources Technicians in GS-0203-06 or military equivalent. Incumbent of this position provides technical expertise, guidance and leadership to the Processing Element of the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). This position will be filled on a permanent basis.

- →Provide routine technical assistance or training to users of automated personnel database systems.
- →Brief applicants on processes or procedures pertaining to their organization.
- →Maintain databases to ensure accurate tracking or recordkeeping.
- →Review supporting documents to resolve discrepancies in personnel records.
- →Distribute workload evenly among team members.
- →Ensure new employees are trained and have skills they need to perform well.
