About the Position: This position is located at Naval Medical Center San Diego, California. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Perform a variety of administrative duties in support of day-to-day healthcare administration.
- →Design and maintains personnel files to document and track professional requirements and currency.
- →Prepare presentation materials to include briefing documents, charts, outlines, objectives and spreadsheets using standard office productivity software as directed.
- →Assist leadership with the preparation and execution of administrative meetings.
- →Extract and compile data using automated reporting systems.
- →Plan and execute scheduled work to be accomplished by team members.
- →Give advice, counsel and instruction to employees on work and administrative matters.
