About the Role
You will serve as a LEAD FIREFIGTHER (BLS/HAZMAT TECH) in the Fire and Emergency Services of NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY PANAMA CITY FL.
What You'll Do
- →You will lead a crew of three or more firefighters assigned to staff a pumper, aerial ladder truck, or rescue vehicle in firefighting and rescue operations.
- →You will direct the operation of firefighting equipment (e.g., pumps, turrets, extended waterways, ground sweep nozzles).
- →You will establish on-scene control procedures (e.g., zone control, decontamination) in a hazardous material incident.
- →You will identify training requirements to correct an employee's performance.
