What You'll Do
- →Distributes and balances the workload among employees in accordance with established workflow or job specialization, assuring timely completion of dispatch activities.
- →Provides advanced emergency medical dispatch life support through pre-arrival instructions to callers.
- →Operates and maintains all Dispatch Call Center equipment, including the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) System to obtain criminal background information.
- →Prepares and maintains reports and records relating to emergency responses.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
