About the Role
The primary purpose of the position is to perform ground maintenance, landscaping, waste management, and related equipment operation/maintenance to ensure safe and attractive grounds and facilities.
What You'll Do
- →Include but are not limited to: Operate and control large, complex riding mowers and similar types of specialized mowing equipment.
- →Possesses skills to appropriately deal with public, patients, and employees daily.
- →Accommodates changes to transportation schedule daily needs should they arise.
- →Ability to carry out assignments independently after initial instruction, consulting with supervisor for deviations or problems not covered by existing guidelines.
- →Moves heavy equipment in hazardous terrain.
- →Pressure washing and basic maintenance of small equipment.
