About the Position: The incumbent will serve as a Joint Operations Plans Specialist (Maritime) at USSOUTHCOM Operations Directorate Future Operations Division in Miami, FL.
What You'll Do
- →Responsible for planning the coordination of maritime missions to U.S.
- →Southern Command’s (USSOUTHCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- →Serve as a point of contact for deliberate/crisis action planning.
- →Develop maritime correspondence into USSOUTHCOM Concept Plans, Operational Plans, Campaign Plans, and Operations Orders.
- →Coordinate Request for Forces (RFF) in conjunction with Joint Operational Planning and Execution Systems (JOPES).
