What You'll Do
- →You will serve as an IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC) in the CYBER SECURITY BRANCH (N00SM31), INFORMATION ASSURANCE DIVISION (N00SM3), SECURITY MANAGER DEPARTMENT (N00SM) at NAVAL COMPUTER AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS AREA MASTER STATION PACIFIC (NCTAMS PAC).
- →You will serve as the Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) and provide regional and local Information Systems (IS) and Cybersecurity support.
- →You will execute all aspects of NCTAMS PAC Cybersecurity program to include architecture, security requirements, objectives, security policies and security practices.
- →You will provide development, implementation, interpretation, accreditation, risk management, and maintenance of detailed cybersecurity policies, plans, programs, standards and criteria ensuring a successful Information Assurance (IA) program.
- →You will exercise overall responsibility and staff direction, operational coordination and review over the development, modification, and application of IS system issues throughout the Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- →You will provide oversight for NCTAMS PAC Systems and programs of records; coordinate security measures to include analysis, periodic testing, evaluation, verification, accreditation, and review of information system modifications.
- →You will assist Command Information System Security Manager (ISSM) on all compliance assessments of system vulnerabilities, monitor and review results.
- →You will evaluate risks, threats, and vulnerabilities to determine if additional safeguards are needed to protect the command, site, system, or enclave in accordance with Policies and directives.
- →You will develop and maintain cybersecurity audit reports.
- →You will develop cybersecurity operations policy, programs, and guidelines.
