What You'll Do
- →You will resolve the complete range of problems within the scope of activity operations and refer operational problems requiring highly specialized expertise to the appropriate technical expert.
- →You will provide troubleshooting advice and assistance to customers and lead rapid response teams in response to customer service problems.
- →You will serve on application implementation team to ensure customer service requirements are addressed and review technical and design specifications to address customer requirements.
- →You will conduct trend analyses to identify areas where additional customer training and assistance is needed.
- →You will develop, update and maintain a comprehensive database of technical problems and corresponding resolutions.
