What You'll Do
- →This IT Project Manager will serve as IT Project Manager with responsibility for directly managing information technology projects, providing a unique service or product to customers throughout the U.S.
- →Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia (USAO-DC), and provide advice to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) on developing and testing the information technology network for the USAO-DC.
- →If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team in the Information Technology Help Desk Section that is responsible for providing customer support services for day-to-day operations to the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia staff, focusing in the areas of project management and information management.
- →Typical work assignments will include: Identify customers' information systems requirements to determine appropriate products or services.
- →Develop, modify, or enhance a product, service, or system to perform the services requested.
- →Evaluate the effectiveness of installed systems and services.
- →Provide advice or devises solutions to a wide range of IT issues and problems.
- →Design or conduct analytical studies, cost-benefit analyses, or other research.
- →Evaluate, monitor, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, standards, or procedures.
- →Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
