This position is part of the Office of Energy Dominance Financing (EDF) within the Department of Energy. As an IT Program Manager, you will be directing all key IT projects and act as the systems architect, database manager, project manager, and webmaster.

- →Veterans shape the future of energy As an IT Program Manager, you will: Lead all major IT projects, set work priorities, and design the layout and setup of databases and systems.
- →Serve as the primary liaison to the DOE Chief Information Officer (CIO) to formulate cyber policy and act as the Authorizing Official (AO) for management information systems.
- →Align IT security priorities with the Department's cybersecurity strategy, manage technical safeguards, and oversee vulnerability remediation plans.
- →Lead the Change Control Board and serve as the Program Records Official to ensure software interoperability, compliance, and records integration.
- →Oversee the IT budget, serve as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and represent the division on federal IT acquisition reform (FITARA) requirements.
- →Perform the full range of first-line supervisory duties to lead and develop federal staff.
