What You'll Do
- →You will maintain day-to-day operations of the watch floor by coordinating operations and security activities of personnel.
- →You will maintain event monitoring systems to ensure that they capture an accurate representation of the health of the network and systems.
- →You will monitor network events, user reports, and incident tickets to maintain situational awareness of network operations.
- →You will oversee, monitor, and implement configuration management plans for complex wide area network devices and services by deconflicting operational requirements and maintenance activities.
- →You will Improve standard operating procedures for identifying, reporting, and resolving network and system status.
Requirements
- ✓At a minimum, all CES employees in the Professional Work Category require a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- ✓Some groups in this category, however, may have a positive education requirement that cannot be replaced with experience, such as a requirement for a particular type or level of an academic degree.
