What You'll Do
- →Develops standards for technical performance for outsourcing; conducts regular reviews of vendor’s contract performance; oversees branch efforts for the contract re-compete process, including requirements generation, RFP creation and evaluation.
- →Leads the preparation of long-term and short-term strategic plans; manages the operations of the branch, including setting priorities, allocating resources, managing personnel, staff recruitment & training, performance evaluation and providing general oversight of projects.
- →Develops, implements, and monitors the branch budget and budget expenditures; develops budget forecasts; creates documentation justifying requests; provides input into budget testimony; uses cost/benefit analysis on a continuing basis to assess efficiency of services.
- →Manages and supervises staff recruitment, training, motivation, and performance evaluation.
- →Establishes policies and practices governing the operation, services, and staff of the branch.
- →Prepares and maintains status reports; approves purchases; and performs related administrative requirements.
- →Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
