This position is located in the Risk Management Agency (RMA), Deputy Administrator for Compliance (DAC), Special Investigations Staff (SIS). The incumbent for this position will serve the states of IL, IN, KY, MI, and OH in the Midwest Regional Compliance area as well as AR, LA, MS, NM, OK, TN, and TX in the Southern Regional Compliance area. Duty location is negotiable within one of the above listed states.
What You'll Do
- →Conducting and/or leading teams of investigators in high profile, highly complex, multi-regional and multi-agency investigation.
- →Conducting reviews of compliance offices to ensure consistency between the different regions in the application of statues, regulations and procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the compliance program.
- →Preparing and presenting cases to the Office of Inspector General Criminal Investigations, Assistant United States Attorney’s Office.
- →Conducting complex, large scale multi government investigations that relate to crop insurance civil and criminal fraud.
- →Interviewing individuals in person with and without law enforcement assistance.

- ✓THE SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION IS NOT QUALIFYING FOR THE GS-13 LEVEL.
