What You'll Do
- →As an Investigator you will: Conduct complex administrative investigations involving allegations of employee misconduct, violations of law, regulation, policy, and negotiated labor agreements by independently gathering, analyzing, and assessing testimonial, documentary, and electronic evidence to identify key issues and appropriate lines of inquiry.
- →Evaluate investigative leads, witness statements, records, and other evidence to determine relevance, credibility, and sufficiency in support of administrative findings, corrective actions, or disciplinary proceedings.
- →Develop and prepare comprehensive Reports of Investigation and related case documentation that clearly present findings of fact, conclusions, and recommendations to support management decisions, enforcement actions, and administrative proceedings.
