This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Professional Work Category at the Expert Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA-JOINT FORCE HEADQUARTERS (JH935).
What You'll Do
- →Fosters interagency cooperation, synchronizes objectives, and develops mechanisms for effective coordination across the full spectrum of options.
- →Conducts in-depth mission analysis, plans operations, and develops courses of action to address existing and anticipated operational challenges.
- →Coordinates a diverse workforce of military, civilian, and interagency personnel, establishing communication and assessing organizational dynamics.
- →As a joint planning expert, communicates strategic goals, coaches the team, manages workload, and monitors progress to ensure quality and timeliness.
- →Serves as a coach, facilitator, and negotiator for team initiatives, representing the team and reporting on work accomplishments and problems.

- ✓There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GG-15 grade level.
