About the Role
The ICMHR Program Coordinator supervises the administrative and clinical aspects of three Intensive Community Mental Health Recovery (ICMHR) programs: MHICM Mountain Home, RANGE-Morristown, and RANGE-Knoxville. This includes overseeing interdisciplinary staffing, work assignments, budget management, treatment services,and admission criteria for these programs.

- →VA Careers - Social Work: https://youtube.com/embed/enRhz_ua_UU Total Rewards of a Allied Health Professional The Program Coordinator holds full responsibility for all phases of service delivery across these programs, ensuring resource and fiscal management, monitoring control points, developing and adhering to the annual budget, and accounting for appropriated funds.
- →The ICMHR Program Coordinator is charged with the administrative functions and operations of the assigned programs, developing policies and procedures for smooth operation, and preparing reports and statistics for facility, VISN, and national use.
- →Duties include but are not limited to: Provide leadership, direction, orientation, coaching, in-service training, staff development, and continuing education programs for assigned staff.
- →Initiate and conduct program or service audits and complete designated clinical practice audits and reports, including productivity assessments.
- →Oversee program operations and evaluations, identifying areas for improvement, gathering relevant data, assessing this data, developing and implementing improvement strategies, and evaluating the effectiveness of these improvements.
- →Provides consultation, negotiation and monitoring of a major specialty area.
- →Coordinates interdisciplinary staffing, work assignments, treatment services and admission criteria for ICMHR.
- →Coordinates treatment services and admission criteria for ICMHR.
- →Assigns, directs, and reviews the work of staff in JHQVAMC ICMHR program and reviews program adherence for the Knoxville ICMHR RANGE program.
- →Serves as program lead for three multi-disciplinary teams.
- →Plans, schedules, and coordinates work and solves problems related to the work.
- →Responsible for program needs such as material, equipment, and facilities needed to complete work.
- →Oversees the daily operation of the program, develop policies and procedures for ICMHR operation, and prepare reports and statistics for facility, VISN, and national use.
- →Advises Mental Health Leadership on the establishment of program goals, priorities, and major work schedules, develops short/long-rang staffing and equipment requirements.
