What You'll Do
- →Instructional Designers in the National Cryptologic University support mission organizations by designing learning events and programs that align with the work roles of employees, and mission goals.
- →This is accomplished by assessing the customers-training needs, defining training goals, designing training objectives, developing training events, determining appropriate training delivery methods, and evaluating design or purchase options.
Requirements
- ✓The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position.
- ✓Degree must be in Instructional Design, Training and Development, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (for example, Educational or I-O Psychology, Instructional or Education Technology).
