The primary purpose of this position is to exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the Installation Management Flight in the Civil Engineer Squadron. Responsible for providing a systematic and integrated management of the environmental, housing, and asset accountability elements to effectively execute the installation's mission, sustain quality of life, and optimize delivery of products and services.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Installation Management Flight.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents the Installation Management Flight with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Establishes, defines, and implements requirements for the Installation Management Flight activities to ensure services and functions are in line with organizational goals and mission requirements.
