You will serve as a INSTALLATION ENERGY MANAGER in the Public Works Department of NAVAL AIR STATION LEMOORE.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide leadership, program management, and advice to the Installation Commanding Officer, Public works Officer (PWQ), Facility Managers and Building Energy Monitors, and others concerning the Energy Program.
- →You will have thorough knowledge of the energy mandates, programs, and processes is essential to managing the energy program, seeking resources, addressing installation requirements and problems.
- →You will have knowledge of contracting laws and policies, including techniques of contracting operations.
- →You will have knowledge of procedures of department contracting requirements along with administrative laws, policies, regulations and precedents applicable to the administration of the energy program.
- →You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to inform and influence diverse audiences including senior civilian and military decision makers.
