What You'll Do
- →Participate in the planning and delivery of a full range of Information Technology customer support services to the organization, including system hardware/software installations, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- →Secures and manages cloud-native apps and devices.
- →Configures and protects mobiles, desktops, servers, and virtual endpoints.
- →Simplifies cross-device management with modern security.
- →Maintains and upgrades physical and virtual servers.
- →Monitors performance, manages user accounts, and sets permissions.
- →Implements security measures to ensure secure access control within organizational IT systems.
- →Prepares and updates manuals, instructions, and operating procedures, ensuring optimal functionality and operability of systems.
- →Conducts both formal and informal training for customers to enhance their skills and understanding.
Requirements
- ✓Education requirements as stated in the Assessment Questionnaire.
- ✓Master's degree or two (2) full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems management, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours as indicated above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems, or networks.
