What You'll Do
- →You will maintain work that involves planning and coordinating the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems to meet business requirements of the customer.
- →You will ensure network and system changes are scheduled, controlled, and approved in order to minimize the disruption to information technology services.
- →You will discuss information assurance (IA) activities with managers to maintain a consistent approach to the IA program.
- →You will troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational problems
Requirements
- ✓Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree from an accredited or pre-accredited institution in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management.
