What You'll Do

  • If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for technical, analytical, and automation services in support of the mission.
  • Typical work assignments will include: Provide IT customer service and support in troubleshooting, recovering, and resolving recurring software/hardware problems.
  • Provide user training and assistance on a variety of routine applications.
  • Provide a variety of technical support services to coordinate teleconferences and distance learning activities to effectively deliver legal training using electronic and/or telecommunications media.
  • Install, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot commonly used hardware and software systems within the organization Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress

  • If you are qualifying on foreign education, you MUST submit proof of creditability of education as evaluated by a credentialing agency.
