You will serve as an Information Resource Manager in the Knowledge Management Special Staff Section of MARITIME OPERATIONS CENTER.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the Pacific Fleet's Records Manager and Privacy Officer.
- →You will oversee the Pacific Fleet’s Information and Records Management programs, covering both mission-related and administrative records in paper and electronic formats.
- →You will develop guidance for creating, capturing, sharing, reusing, and protecting Privacy Act (PA) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) assets.
- →You will develop strategies, identify new processes, and recommend alternatives to ensure full support for all DoN and DoW Information Management/Privacy Act Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Record Management policies.
- →You will work with the COMPACFLT Command Information Officer (CIO) to integrate records management into the COMPACFLT enterprise architecture.
