About the Position: An Industrial Specialist GS-09 coordinates production schedules and manages supply levels to keep manufacturing operations running smoothly. This includes data track, fix database errors, and work closely with different teams to resolve delays and ensure projects stay on track.
What You'll Do
- →Track daily manufacturing schedules to ensure products are completed on time.
- →Work directly with supply, safety, and quality departments to resolve project delays.
- →Enter and update manufacturing data in digital systems to keep records accurate.
- →Investigate database errors, find the root cause, and correct the information.
- →Order industrial supplies, parts, and safety equipment to support ongoing work.
- →Monitor warehouse stock levels and coordinate with shipping and storage teams.
- →Spot potential supply or labor shortages early and propose quick solutions.
- →Create simple reports to keep managers informed of project progress and issues.
- →Follow local safety, security, and industrial guidelines to maintain compliance.
- →Recommend simple workflow adjustments to help teams work faster and reduce errors.
