What You'll Do
- →Responsible for planning and implementing the total property management program for the assigned contractors and for the continuous surveillance/evaluation of the assigned contractors' property control systems.
- →Identifies risk to the Government through application of professional business judgment and risk-based assessment techniques in order to determine the appropriate type and level of surveillance.
- →Determines appropriate method for the testing of each property control function and conducts property control system analyses accordingly.
- →Conducts investigations pertaining to assigned contractors' liability when Government property is lost, damaged or destroyed, or when there is evidence of unreasonable use of consumption.
- →Reviews and analyzes new contracts to determine and ensure that the assigned contractors' property control systems and procedures are adequate to fulfill the contractual requirements.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
