About the Role
This position is being filled under a stream-lined hiring authority, Title 21 of the United States Code (21 US Code 379d-3a) as amended by the 21st Century Cures Act of 2016, section 3072 and the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023, Section 3624. The candidate selected for this position will serve under a career or career-conditional appointment and be paid under the provisions of this authority. This position is being recruited based on the Title 21 Pay Table 7, Band W (GS-07 equivalent).
What You'll Do
- →Utilizes automated staffing systems to perform internal and external recruitment and placement functions, including generating job analyses, vacancy announcements, crediting plans, and referral lists.
- →Provides consulting and advisory services to management on the full range of HR functions, resolving routine issues and assisting in fulfilling human resources responsibilities.
- →Advises managers and employees on compensation policies, pay setting, and recruitment and retention incentives.
- →Researches and analyzes employee records and case files to resolve issues and ensure compliance with Agency and OPM policies and prepares required reports and documentation.
