This position is located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland (APG). Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
What You'll Do
- →Responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing enterprise wide hiring and employment practices for Army NAF HR Operations.
- →Provides subject-matter expertise on Army-wide NAF recruitment and employment programs.
- →Leads modernization efforts, including automation and workflow enhancements.
- →Uses data analytics to identify workforce trends, track hiring and support strategic decision-making within agency.
- →Represent agency interests in workgroups, advisory boards, and cross-functional teams.
