This position is located in the Office of Human Resources - Quality Assurance and Accountability Division where our mission is to improve the quality of service by conducting quality reviews, internal audits, and facilitating audits by external oversight entities concerning Office of Human Resources Staffing and Recruitment efforts.
What You'll Do
- →The physical worksite for this position is located in Alexandria, Virginia.
- →Presence at the Alexandria, VA campus is required for this role, as it includes on site functions that must be performed in person.
- →Position may be eligible for situational telework in accordance with agency policy/business unit discretion.
- →The agency currently allows for 52 hours of telework per calendar year.

- →You look forward to collaborating with management to provide creative solutions to address staffing/recruitment quality issues and concerns.
- →You're experienced in accessing automated HR systems (e.g., HR Connect and National Finance Center) to review the full scope of personnel actions (promotions, reassignments, and other accession actions).
- →You're ready to improve quality by identifying errors, proposing corrective actions, and alerting management to issues that have broader significance and impact.
- →You're excited to begin implementing instructions and other guidelines to assist in achieving and maintaining effective quality control in the development of recruitment and staffing documents and processing of personnel actions.
- →You're committed to conducting comprehensive reviews of vacancy announcements and supporting documentation and providing feedback prior to their release.

- ✓Education may not be substituted for specialized experience at this grade level.
