About the Role
You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist in the Human Capital Management Group, Human Resources Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
What You'll Do
- →You will interpret and apply human resources concepts, laws, and regulations across functional areas such as staffing, classification, and performance management.
- →You will advise and assist hiring managers in developing effective recruitment strategies and staffing solutions.
- →You will provide guidance and recommendations to customers regarding both routine and complex employee relations, performance, and conduct issues.
- →You will utilize automated technology and data management tools to research, analyze, interpret, and present personnel information through documents and presentations.
- →You will clearly communicate technical human resources information, both verbally and in writing, to support and advise customers.
