About the Role
First cut-off date 10 June 2026, eligible candidates applying on or before 10 June will be forwarded to hiring manager first for review. This position is located at Fort Irwin, California, with the CHRA NAF CYS Service Center (C2SC). All applicants who qualify at the HR Specialist, NF-04 will be referred to the hiring manager for consideration first. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
What You'll Do
- →Provides a full range of HR services for managers and employees.
- →Provides continuing technical advice and assistance to assigned organizations in resolution of staffing problems.
- →Responsible for recruitment and placement, screening and rating applications, determining preference categories, creating and issuing referral lists, extending job offers, and ensuring selectees meet requirements for entrance on duty.
- →Screens requests for personnel actions and related documents for completeness and accuracy.
- →Monitors, directs, trains and oversees a team of lower graded HR staff when required.
