What You'll Do
- →Applies specialized NAF human resources knowledge and knowledge of automated personnel action processing to facilitate efficient, accurate and timely personnel actions for a large and complex workforce.
- →Researches and resolves complex, one-of-a-kind and unprecedented situations or sensitive nature or actions where errors could cause significant damage to the agency or employee.
- →Coordinates processing or corrective actions.
- →Reviews work of lower graded staff members for quality control and compliance.
- →Authenticates and generates personnel actions.
