What You'll Do
- →You will provide expert technical consultancy on labor and employee related matters such as performance, conduct, discipline, adverse actions, grievances, and appeals.
- →You will advise management and employees on investigations and resolution of grievances and appeals, and other actions for and to the United States Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB).
- →You will develop disciplinary actions and evidence files on behalf of management.
- →You will prepare briefings for the Command on a broad scope of labor and employee related topics such as management investigations, handling performance and conduct concerns, and implementing discipline.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
