About the Role
EOUSA HR Staff manages human resource policies and programs across 94 U.S. Attorneys' offices. HR provides technical oversight of delegated personnel authorities, operating personnel services, and pre-employment security screening across all U.S. Attorneys' offices. They develop and enforce HR policies, oversee delegated personnel authorities, administer distinct pay systems for Assistant U.S. Attorneys and support staff.
What You'll Do
- →If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team working in conjunction with the program manager for classification, serving as a human resources (HR) specialist responsible for providing technical guidance on position management and classification issues/activities to senior leadership and the collective United States Attorneys' Office (USAOs).
