The primary purpose of this position is to To serve as the Civilian Personnel Flight Chief, providing executive-level advice and functional expertise to senior management for all matters concerning personnel management and programs.
What You'll Do
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time.
- →Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short/long-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
- →Directs the planning, organizing and overseeing of activities of the Civilian Personnel Flight.
- →Administers appointing and associated authorities on behalf of the Commander for federal civil service personnel.
- →Establishes, defines, and implements requirements for personnel programs to ensure operations are in line with regulatory and fiscal requirements, support goals, and mission requirements.
