About the Position: This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. This position is located at the Naval Health Clinic Quantico Resource Management Medical Treatment Facility (MTF).
What You'll Do
- →Review vacancy trends, mission changes, and staffing needs using automated HR systems.
- →Recommend recruitment, reassignment, and workforce alignment actions.
- →Ensure Request for Personnel Actions and Job Opportunity Announcements match staffing priorities and comply with regulations.
- →Track onboarding dates and ensure smooth new hire integration.
- →Document and coordinate organizational changes.
- →Recommend restructuring to reduce redundancies and optimize resources.
- →Process reclassifications and reassignments.
- →Rack performance, retention, morale, and engagement during transitions.
- →Manage automated HR systems, telework, awards, accommodations, and legal actions.
- →Coordinate between supervisors, employees, Civilian Human Resource Agency and legal.
- →Evaluate staffing, manpower use, and workforce processes.
- →Prepare reports and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
