To serve as a Human Resources (HR) Assistant, providing technical and administrative support work across a range of human resources management programs including recruitment and placement, staffing operations, pre-employment processing, and training coordination.
What You'll Do
- →Provides recruitment, placement, and staffing support assistance in coordination with senior HR Specialists.
- →Coordinates and monitors pre-employment and suitability requirements to facilitate timely onboarding of newly selected employees.
- →Coordinates logistics and prepares materials in support of HR training and NEO programs.
- →Performs a variety of customer service functions, serving as the initial point of contact for HR inquiries from managers, employees, applicants, and visitors.
- →Performs a range of clerical and administrative support duties to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Civilian Personne office.
